- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the packaging intact. This includes all accessories, manuals, and tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Certain products such as perishable goods, hygiene-related items (diapers, baby care products, etc.), and customized products are not eligible for returns.
- How to Request a Return:

- Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns. Chaderhaat.com is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by us.
- If the returned item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- If the returned product is not in its original condition, or if it is returned outside of the 7-day return window, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund.
- Processing Time for Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
Currently, Chaderhaat.com does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please contact Chaderhaat.com immediately at support@chaderhaat.com with the order number, product details, and photos of the damage or defect.
- We will guide you through the process of returning the damaged item and provide a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@chaderhaat.com.
- Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, but you can return the item once it’s delivered as per our Return Policy.

- Non-returnable Items: As mentioned earlier, certain items such as customized products, hygiene items, and perishable goods are non-returnable. Please carefully check the product details before purchasing.
